I am looking for an apartment, unfurnished or semi furnished, not too high up, viz. about 3-5 storey, in Bungah Beach condo. Rental should be around RM 3000. I used to live in Penang and would now like to return to Penang after having lived in KL in past years. I plan to stay longterm in Penang because Penang is where I grew up. Please let me know if my description of a suitable home fits your criteria.
