Hello. I’m interested to buy a secondhand house with market value of RM475000. May I know roughly how much is the total legal fees inclusive of all disbursement, stamp duty for loan and MOT? My loan would be 90% of the house price. Thank you.

I'm real estate agent, normally our roughly calculation will be 5% of the purchase price. And that included all the legal fee+ other miscellaneous fees. 5% is more the enough normally. Maklumat lanjut
