Hello, my husband and i are singaporeans looking to purchase a condo/apartment in Malaysia for retirement purposes in johor.
We have come across ads online and saw some banners in jb stating that singaporeans are allowed to purchase the property cap at 500 or 700k rm. As for as we know, the min price we can purchase is 1mil rm.
I would like to check if there are certain areas in JB that allows for such transaction to be done and if so what would be the procedure like for us to proceed? The area we saw such advertisement for was r&f and danga bay.
Actually there are quite a few advertisement we found circulating through what's app as well.
