Please advice me of how do i find out if crime has happened in the property before? i do not wish to purchase a property where crime has happened.

It's so easy. 1st of all check with the neighbours and surrounding people to ensure of the property's history. Check out why the property for sale, previous owner's history. Normally neighbours like to gossip. Check with the guard house (if any), don't mention of your intention to buy. Thats the basic thing you can do. Check with feng shui situ if you wish.
