Hello PropertyGuru, from what i heard buyers especially investor such as myself hardly get to the chance to talk with the sellers because of the property agents as the middleman. So how do i get to tell the seller my strategy plan to buy his/her property and know the condition/reason of selling the property without going into the "Offer Letter"?
