Hello there. I am a Singaporean and I am interested in purchasing an apartment around Penampang area, Kota Kinabalu. My fiancee is an IMM 13 holder and she is currently renting. I would appreciate it if any of you can guide me through the process of purchasing an apartment here as in what papers do I have to produce and what channels do I have to go through to make it happen.
