Hi, Good day. I bought a condo unit recently, appointed my lawyer, my lawyer has confirmed that the previous owner settled his loan 100%, unit is debt free, So, i paid 10%(2+8%) following the procedure, signed SPA by both parties, signed the LA documents but now reached 120 days after signing SPA, i have not get my house key yet. i have started asking my lawyer since reached 90 days and my lawyer keep saying i am waiting for the some previous owner loan document from the vendor/previous owner. i don't understand clearly what is the problem now. why this been dragged? Any advise?
