Hi Guru, i am thinking about buying a rentable property in Penang for investment purpose with budget of +/-RM500,000. Since I am a Hong Kong resident, it is highly unlikely that I cannot get mortgages. As such, I am wondering whether there will be properties under construction, so that i can pay stage by stage in two to three years time. Also, i would like to find out an estimated all-in costs for such a purchase. Regards, NP
