Hi guru, I purchase a house back in year 2019, developer issued VP in Nov 2019.
In the VP letter, it clearly stated that key handling over will be arranged after 3 months from the date of VP issuance.
I experienced a delayed for these whole process, up until today (Oct 2020) , the house has not handled over to me.
I have asked for the waiver of maintenance fees and etc but the developer side declined my request.

what can i do? Can i get any compensation over these delayed?
