hi gurus, may i know if phileo promenade or vista damai would make a better buy for rental yield and own stay? i am buying to rent a few years before moving in to stay. any agent with units for this two projects may let me know. Thanks

Hello Gin,we were proposing Phileo Promenade and Vista Damai to our expatriate tenants and both of them chose Vista Damai because of the quality of management and the surrounding developments. The view of the specific units are important for a buyer too. Both these projects are serviced by the Ampang LRT station. Please email me your contact details for further communication and proposals.
