Hi Gurus....have recently bought a house in East Malaysia. Per the S&P Agreement, the defect liabilities period is 6 months. Is this common? Is there any minimum period that is set my law?

I will say it is uncommon even in east malaysia.

unfortunately there is no minimum period set by law or any standard SPA in east malaysia.

once you signed the spa which also means you have agreed with the terms and conditions. Maklumat lanjut
