Hi. I am a looking to purchase a 2 storey terrace house in Bukit Jelutong. I am a foreigner currently living and working overseas. Do I have to be present in person to sign the SPA? Or can my lawyer courier the documents to me overseas and then I courier it back to him? Please advise as I need to budget for the length of time I need to be in Malaysia to see the entire transaction through. Thank you.
