Hello,
The only ready condominium in Mid Valley is Northpoint. The demand is consistent. There is a unit 1,367 sq ft rented out at RM5,000 per month. With a little bit of negotiation we can achieve 5% yield. Please email me your contact details for further advise, davidwong@quantumrealestate.com.my
