Hi. I am Malaysian (Malay) married to a Singaporean (Malay). We are keen to purchase a property (new launch), but it is a Bumi-lot. Please can I clarify if we are able to purchase the property joint-name?

Hi,
Sure you can purchase any kind any type of property since you are Malaysian. Unless you like to join name with Singaporean, that will required foreigner consent.
