Hi, I am planning to buy a land and later on looking to build a house. As a first time buyer, could you please give some advice on the procedure i.e. things related to s&p agreement, lawyer hiring, applying for bank loan etc? Thank you very much

Hi Wacque,
Buying a land to build a house in future requires the same process as buying a completed house. If you are a foreigner/non resident you are only allowed to buy a residential property above RM500,000 in KL & Selangor. Other states will have their own threshold for foreigner's purchase.Please email me at davidwong@quantumrealestate.com.my for further advise.
