Hi, I am self employed/own small business. Currently don’t take any salary but my monthly revenue is min 20k. Have ASB loan 199k. Please advise what property bracket that I can buy. Tq

somebody just get reject from the bank with a simple reason "you are not qualify enough" , but do you really know about how much you can leverage from bank? maybe you go get a loan amount of 800,000 then rejected, but actually you can loan with 780,000, am i clear?
