Hi, I bought a condo unit at Danga Bay called Tropez Residences end of last year. Was told by agent that only bumi lots were left but shouldn't have any trouble converting to international plot. Just have to log in the price that time and signed all the legal documents, bank loan approved also. But now just received a call from developer asking for 6% top up fee for the bumi lots release. The developer do not have any black and white to support this conversation. My question is how can they just anyhow increase the price and ask for extra 6%? Anyone can please advice on this matter? Really appreciate.
