Hi I bought a house joint name with my sister, it has just been two years and now my sister and I would like to remove both our names and change the ownership to my brother’s name. How do I go about this? Thanks

You can transfer name to your brother thru legal document. Stamping fees cheaper Or Refinance the house, if u can get value higher than before and cover your current loan and can get extra money from there ,you can proceed too,then Spa under your brother name .but of course, monthly installment will still pay ,and the other way ,you have extra cash .(the extra cash you can pay if your car loan or whatever loan).housing interest is cheaper now .
