Hi. I bought a unit in Cerrado, Southville City Bangi for RM478K. To be completed in July 2020. Unit is located on the 11th floor, 825sf (3R2B, 2 carparks, semi-furnished.)
Still servicing the loan at the moment but I intend to sell it. Please advise the steps for me to do so. Looking for agents to assist on the selling.

You need to find out from the developer whether you are allowed to sell and transfer the property while under construction and schedule payments are in progress from your bank first. Maklumat lanjut
