Hi, I have a family who wants to rent a house in Mutiara Ville Cyberjaya. However, upon visiting the house, they noticed a lot of expats and wanted to know about the safety. They saw that the CCTV in the lift is not functioning and are concerned if there have been any cases like robbery or theft happening there. Hope someone can respond. Thank you
