Hi, I have a property which the loan is fully paid & the title is with me. Interest in selling the house but before any procedure would like check the market value first. The house is in Bidor, Perak. Opposite Bidor Toll Tmn Batang Padang. Meter Persegi is 228. Semi-D Terrace. Leasehold Since 1991. Basis House with extended kitchen only. Please suggest the where to check the value.
