Hi I have a question. I’m currently bought a new condo in kl. Currently been paying the progressive interest every month. Can I sell this condo before the condo is VP?

Different developers have different policies on this. You will need to find out from the developer whether they would grant you consent to resell the property as you are just a beneficial owner during progress payment stage.
It probably requires the termination of the previous SPA and the signing of the SPA with a new buyer and developer. If there is a profit or differential sum after the resale, it will need to be sorted between you and the new buyer. Maklumat lanjut
