Hi. I have got vacant possession of my property and find that they have not built the balcony as per the layout plan in the S&P agreement. The layout of the balcony was the reason I bought the condo. Other floors do not have a similar layout for balconies. The S&P states that any change to the plan must have the buyer's consent. This did not happen. The developer has been poor in responding or providing alternatives. What do you advise?
