Hi, I just buy new property at bandar saujana utama, near to UITM puncak alam, under seri pristana developer, still under contraction, completed around feb, 2014, now is almost 70%completed. can I sale to sub-sale agancy. I buy 365k, how much can I sale it??

Most developer's have their own policy in regards to subsale before completion of project. Some of them do not allow subsale during construction. If they do, you need to find out how to revoke the original S&PA and let the developer sign a new S&PA with the new buyer and how are they going to refund to you the profits, if any.Please check with the developer.
