Hi, I need your all advice.
I wanted to buy a house, but this house does not have Strata title due to developer have already bankrupt.
Then I have question, currently only Public bank I can get loan because already more than 10yrs no strata title. I do not know whether should I buy this house, I afraid after another 10~20 yrs on the road, whether can I easily get buyer. I just afraid future no more bank can release loan to buyer.
