Hi. I rented one of the property which I took from your website a year ago. Unfortunately the agent didn't respond to me. I have an urgent query and needed an advice for me to proceed with further action. Like 3 months ago, there were some damage to water tank n it was broke. Now the bill came upto RM160. Usually the bill is around RM6. My query is, does the amount absorb by the tenant or the owner.

Hi, this issue, usually need to discuss nicely with both parties.
Usually, the major issue, will responsible by the landlord. The water tank damage should be repair/replace by the landlord usually.
