Hi, I’m thinking of buying a new landed house around rm300k-600k. Was wondering if i can get a new landed house (not second hand house) with all the furnitures and already well renovated. Is that possible? And if it’s possible, may I know do I need to pay for the furnishings and renovations separately?

Hi! Do you have any specific area that you are looking for? Most project nowadays do provide an overview of the current unit being sold by installing the furnishing inside the sales gallery. However if you wish to buy a new property with the furnitures included, quotation produced by the developer themselves would be quite astounding actually. Its best if you try finding out perhaps a well favored contractor who can actually render 3D modelling renovations. We do have one that provides free 3D modelling.
