Hi, I want to know normal practice in JB. Should I pay the agent the rental fees request which is 1 mth dep + 1mth rental + 1 mth add fees + RM600 on utilities? I feel it's a bit too much & to which channel should I complain if any agent didn't follow the standard procedures?
