Hi, I want to sell my apartment but the agent keep asking me about the title of strata. How to apply for strata title.. Please advise me step by step. Tqvm

Hi, you do not apply for a strata title. Instead, you need to find out from your property developer, whether is the strata title is or not been issued. Most of the time, your Management office of the apartment/condo wil be able to give you an answer.
