Hi, i wish to invest in a condo in JB. Are there units other than in Medini that a foreigner can purchase? I am looking for a unit that has great potential for rental. I heard from an agent that those projects before the RM1million rule, foreigners can still purchase at above RM500k? Is that true? Thanks!

Hi Sir/Madam, I am Derric Wong from Tophills Realty. Yes, it's true that certain project which get approval is still allowed to sell to foreigner even thought below RM 1M. There is one upcoming project suitable for you to invest where it next to EDL highwat and 5 mins drive to JB-Woodlands checkpoint.
