hi i would like to ask below
im a chinese and my wife is a malay, we plan to purchase a landed property with 7% bumi discount, wife is not working and im a sole bread winner of the family, i will take up the loan myself.
scenario 1
1. loan under me but S&P under wife name only
2. loan under me but S&P state both mine & wife name
am i still eligible to withdraw my EPF acc2 for renovations?
