Hi. I'm 49 yo and wants to start my property investment journey. I managed to restructure my financing and eligible to take up financing of RM900K - RM1 million. Question, at my age, is it a good choice to go into property investment or should I consider other investments like REITS, shares etc.? I plan to have a steady income up until my retirement years, in replace of my salaried income. Appreciate your advice. Tq
