Hi im a malaysian and my fiance is a foreigner. He is being working in for almost 6years now. Can we both joint for loan to purchase property btw 600 to 700k? We are yet to register our mariage yet due to covid situation.

If you married to foreigner and joint loan to purchase you are subject to foreigner terms and conditions. 1)Foreigner can only buy property with price of 1 million and above, this is in KL. However, for property selangor it will 2 million and above. 2) Loan maximum up to 80% only. I do have some good deal for in in Bukit Jalil.
