Hi. I'm interested in investing a property in Melaka as I have alot of relatives there but i'm a non malaysian.

I will like to check if there is any limit in terms of property price which a foreigner can buy in Melaka?

Also will it makes a difference in the limit of property price i can purchase if I have an existing property from heritance in Melaka?

Hi, the minimum price for purchasing a property in Melaka for a foreigner is RM500,000 and there's no limit in term of property price. Hope this help,thanks. Maklumat lanjut
