Hi, i'm interested to buy a new landed house (double storey) somewhere in Kota Kemuning/PJ/Kelana Jaya/ Damansara/ Subang below RM 400k. Been trying to contact few house agent in PropertyGuru but no feedback. Would love to go house viewing (if any). Thank you.

There are no such pricing below RM400K for even single storey terrace houses; let alone double storey houses in the location that you mentioned. You will need to save more and increase your earnings to budget for at least RM500-RM550K for single storey houses or RM650K and above for double storey houses.
