Hi. I'm looking to buy a condominium in KL area. I'm an expat working in Malaysia. What would be typically the margin of finance as well as loan terms for property around 1.1mil?

Hi , im TY from DF Realty . average margin of finance is 60-80%, subject to your income, loan commitment etc...if you are working in Malaysia , chances is you maybe able to get higher last 2 weeks my Singaporean client just got the bank's approval for 85% if RM1.05 mil . he is not working in M'sia let me know if you wish to check out any condominium or if anything about property i can be help .
