I have booked an apartment (958 sqft) in United Point by UOA development last week for investment purposes- rental. The bank approved my loan this afternoon.
Initially was impressed with the location and proposed amenities including direction link with proposed KTM station. But I have mixed feelings due to mixed reviews from my fellow friends such as high density , low rental etc.
Can anyone shed some light in general if this is a good buy.
