It looks like Johor will increase the property price for foreigners from 500,000. To. 1,000,000 RM
If I paid a deposit on a property now and was waiting for settlement would this safeguard me from purchasing at the 1000,000 RM price if this was implemented while I am waiting to finalize my purchase?
