Hi, my husband and my brother are planning to buy a property for investment. However, bank doesn't approved for the loan due to unfavorable relationship.
My question is, if my husband to proceed with his loan application alone and SPA only can put under my husband name, how to make a mutual agreement for my husband and brother for the ownership of the property?

hi. it is solely based on trust if were to put under your husband name only. another way is to have your lawyer to draft a seperate binding agreement with the SPA stating that your brother owns half the share. thank you Alvin Seah 012 917 4656  Maklumat lanjut
