Hi, my wife and I have just purchased a second hand terrace house in PJ for our son. The keys are to be handed to us in 2 days' time. I know that we have to go to TNB, SYABAS and MBPJ to transfer the ownership to my son's name. Is there anything else to do beside this? What documents should we bring for this transfer? Are both assessment and quick rent transfers done at the same place (MBPJ in Subang?)
