I am Malaysian and thinking about buying a property in Bukit Jalil (not familiar with the area as I am from JOHOR) but want to be close to KL, is it a nice area? I am looking for a property around RM600,000 - Terrace House, One more thing is that I am working abroad and thinking about taking a mortgage, I will be in Malaysia towards the End of March, I will be grateful if you can advise on the procedures for buying a property as well as the documentation I need to provide, Thank you and kind regards
