Hi there, i have a joint name property with my ex girlfriend,
i want to sell off my part but i can't locate my ex and the last i know that my ex had moved to overseas.
She had told me before that her brother will rent the apartment and pay the bank directly as rental.
I want to sell my part but she or the brother is not cooperating. Please advise on what can i do.
