Hi, would like to ask as the reintroduce of the HOC2020. If i were to buy a subsale house, am I eligible on the exemption of stamp duty and etc?

There is no exemption of stamp duty for subsale residential properties as the HOC is to help the developers. Our estate agency profession is probably lobbying for the subsale market to enjoy the same but not certain yet.
