How many proxy can a person represent in AGM ? Is it max 1 or 2 proxy?
If an AGM have only 30 actual owner attending the event, is there a ratio to follow for the proxy? Imagine if everyone can carries 2 proxy, then the total votes becoming 30+ 60proxy, where it become an manipulation of vote in AGM. Could please clarify?
