How old is the Mayang Court condominium, Persiaran Lidcol, Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur, 50300 Malaysia. Also what is your opinion about purchasing a unit there and at what price p.s.f.

I think Mayang Court is close to 20 years old if not more. The prices are asking from RM695 per sq ft to RM800 per sq ft depending on the unit sizes, floors, renovations etc. I understand that most units do not have a good view as it is only 11-storey and surrounded by apartment blocks or office buildings.
