Dear Mr Jason Leong TQ for your Question in Property Guru. PGuru is an Advertising Platform only for Real Estate Agents.('REN") If you are a REN, or planning to be a REN, I can get someone to talk to you about the Start-Up Costs. No obligations. If you are NOT a REN then you will need the assistance of a REN to advertise for you. I specialise in properties in Klang Valley & Melaka. Please feel free to contact me If I can be of help. TQ v much. G.S.+ 013 3010 959

Part II Dear Mr Jason Leong, How to Price? Normally what I do is that I will research the area where your Property is located Eg in Ara Damansara. I will compare the prices of similar properties Eg 2 Storey Corner Lot. Then I will give Owner the Price range of Prices Eg RM 2.1 Mil to RM 2.4Mil. Then only we decide on the suitable/best price for your property. Regards G.S.+ 013 3010 959
