How to make sure the purchase value is not much different with the bank valuation? scared i have to come-up with the difference if bank gives the loan based on the valuation. thanks.

Hi Julie, provide the address and details to a mortgage broker to find out from bank valuers first before committing to the purchase. Most banks use purchase price or valuation whichever is lower. If the property is in Klang Valley, I could possibly assist you with a reliable mortgage broker.
