I am a buyer from US and I am interested in buying in KL. How do the agents work? Will they show me different properties in the city or just the ones that they sell as agents? I am interested in looking at multiple properties and if the agents will show different ones, can you recommend me an agent?

Most agents would advertise the ones that they have but also will look for properties that you might be interested in .

Like for instance, current I have several properties in KL ( which is within proximity with KL City Centre) that is for sale and I am able to look at several places of your interest.
