i am a landlord. My house was splashed with red paint. After splashed with red paint, i have made police report and i have contact the tenant in order to leave the premises since she got debt with AhLong and also unable to pay all the utility bills more than few month. The tenant also agree to leave the premises of the date that she given to me. But end up, the tenant did not leave the premises , not picking up my call, not coming out to discuss with me even i go to find her. Now, the problem is she still stay in the premises but did not pay rental almost 1 month and not pay the utility bill. what should i do now?
