I am a Malaysian citizen who is now working in Singapore. My monthly salary is about RM 5.7k. I am interested in buying a landed house in Johor Bahru under the HOC project. However, can I get a loan from the bank as I have never worked in Malaysia? And also, how can I get the buying process done without being in Malaysia? Please advise, thanks!

Yes you can get a loan from Malaysia bank. After the loan approve Then you can go to Malaysian Embassy or notary public to sign the Sales Purchase agreement and other supporting documents.
